These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Bruno Soul\u00e9 Limousine (hereinafter referred to as \"the Provider\") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as \"the Customer\") using its chauffeur-driven limousine rental services. These conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the Customer upon reservation online, or by message (electronic, telephone or WhatsApp).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Provider offers chauffeur-driven limousine rental services in and around Geneva. Services include, but are not limited to, limousine rental with a professional and qualified chauffeur for transportation in and out of the canton, transportation for private events, weddings, airport transfers, parties, sightseeing, etc...<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reservations must be made in advance, either by telephone, via the Provider's website or by Whatsapp message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These must include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The service will only be provided once payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rates are specified in the quotation provided to the customer, according to the services requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payment for services is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The amount must be paid at the time of booking, but at the latest before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (e-mail or Whatsapp message) to the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Cancellation up to 12 hours before the date of the service: full refund of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before the date of service: no refund of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Service Provider also reserves the right to cancel the service in the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, technical problems with the vehicle, etc.), in which case a full refund or postponement of the service may be offered to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Customer undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services (in particular road safety rules). The Customer undertakes to respect the agreed timetable and to notify any changes within the specified time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of inappropriate behavior, damage to the vehicle or non-compliance with the rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the service without refund and to charge for any necessary repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Smoking and eating inside the vehicle are prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vehicles are insured for driving risks, including third-party liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep to the agreed times and services. However, delays may occur due to external factors (traffic, weather conditions, etc.). In the event of delays, no compensation will be due, unless previously agreed with the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the Customer wishes to modify the service (e.g. change the itinerary), he\/she must inform the Service Provider as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Service Provider respects the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data, which will only be used to manage the reservation and services. This data will not be shared with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers may exercise their right to access and rectify their personal data by contacting the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable settlement will be preferred. Failing this, the Court of Geneva will have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. The applicable version will be the one mentioned on the Provider's website at the time of booking by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
